Conditions to Obligations of the Companies and Sellers. All obligations of the Companies, Coinstar and Sellers at the Closing are subject at Coinstar’s option to the satisfaction prior to or at the Closing Date of each of the following conditions, each of which may be waived only in writing signed by Coinstar.
