Common use of Conditions to Obligations of the Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Obligations of the Purchasers. The obligation of each of the Purchasers to purchase and pay for the Series A Preferred Stock which it has agreed to purchase at any Closing and the other obligations of each of the Purchasers under this Agreement are subject to the fulfillment at or prior to the respective Closing of the following conditions, any of which may be waived in writing in whole or in part by such Purchaser:
