Conditions to Phasing Plan. The Phasing Plan to be submitted by the Developer and approved by the Township prior to entering into this Agreement. Prior to proceeding with this phase, the Developer shall have addressed to the Township's satisfaction the following matters: a) sediment and erosion control; b) stockpiling and stripping plans including sequences, heights of stockpiles, revegetation and scheduling; c) drainage and storm water management works to be completed including any temporary works necessitated by phasing;
