Conditions to Project Completion Date. The occurrence of the Project Completion Date is subject to the satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth in Schedule 5.5 (Conditions to Project Completion Date), in each case to the satisfaction of the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants, unless, in each case, waived by the Majority Aggregate Secured Credit Facilities Debt Participants.
