Common use of Conditions to Subsequent Sales of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Subsequent Sales of Contracts. Purchaser's obligations to purchase Contracts or Pools of Contracts which Seller may, from time to time, submit to Purchaser for purchase after the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Sections 2.4(f), (g), (h), (i) and (j) with respect to each such Contract as of the applicable Cut-Off Date.
