Conditions to Term Loans and Initial Revolving Loans and Swing Line Loans. The obligations of Lenders to make the Term Loans and any Revolving Loans and Swing Line Loans to be made on the Closing Date and to issue the Letters of Credit to be issued on the Closing Date are subject only to the prior or concurrent satisfaction of the following conditions:
