Condonation of breach. not a waiver Any excusing, condoning, or overlooking by the University of any default, breach, or non-observance by the student, of any condition or regulation of the Agreement will not operate as a waiver of the University’s rights under the Agreement in respect to subsequent defaults, breaches or non-observances of terms of the Agreement.
