Common use of Conduct During Termination Notice Period Clause in Contracts

Conduct During Termination Notice Period. (i) Following any notice of termination permitted under this Article 11, other than any termination pursuant to Section 11.3, during any applicable termination notice period (the applicable “Termination Notice Period”), each Party will continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, then in effect in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Conduct During Termination Notice Period. (i) Following any notice of termination permitted under this Article 1113, other than any termination pursuant to Section 11.3[***], during any applicable termination notice period period, (the applicable “Termination Notice Period”), i) each Party will continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, Agreement then in effect in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (ii) neither Party will make any statement to any Person, whether written, verbal, electronic or otherwise, that disparages any Licensed SNA or Licensed Product, the work performed by either Party under this Agreement, or the other Party.

(i) Following any notice of termination permitted under this Article 11, 12 (Term & Termination) other than any termination pursuant to Section 11.312.2.1 (Material Breach), during any applicable termination notice period (the applicable “Termination Notice Period”), each Party will shall continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, Agreement then in effect in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such circumstances, each Party shall also continue to bear its share of all applicable costs incurred during the Termination Notice Period.

(i) Following any notice of termination permitted under this Article 1113 (Term and Termination), other than any termination pursuant to Section 11.313.3 (Termination for Breach or Insolvency), during any applicable termination notice period (the applicable “Termination Notice Period”), each Party will continue to perform all of its obligations under this Agreement, then in effect in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
