Conduct in Using the Badge. You will be in material breach of this Agreement if the business that You conduct in connection with Your displaying any Badge: (a) reflects negatively on Us, (b) is unethical, illegal, misleading or deceptive, (c) appears to make any warranties, representations or guarantees on Our behalf, (d) fails to comply with all applicable laws, or (e) fails to protect Our intellectual property rights.
