Badges. (A) Correctional officers and correctional probation officers shall be issued badges according to the following specifications: (1) Badges issued to correctional officers below the rank of lieutenant shall be silver metal, black lettering and pre-numbered. These badges shall be worn on the officers’ uniforms in a manner consistent with department policy and procedures. (2) Badges issued to correctional officers at the rank of lieutenant and above shall be gold metal, black lettering and pre-numbered. These badges shall be worn on the officers’ uniforms in a manner consistent with department policy and procedures. (3) Badges issued to correctional probation officers shall be police size. These badges shall be carried in badge holders and in accordance with department procedure. (B) Correctional officers are only authorized to wear issued badges with the correctional officer class “A” or “B” uniform, and only while performing official duties, or while in uniform and traveling to or returning from their official duty station. (C) The use of an issued badge as a credential for personal purposes is prohibited. (D) Issued badges are considered state property and, except for retirement under specific conditions or death in the line of duty, are to be returned upon an employee’s termination of employment with the department or removal from a position in the Security Services Unit. Only badges, which are issued by the department, shall be used to conduct officially designated duties. Employees shall be responsible for reimbursing the department for any issued badge which is lost. (E) Correctional officers and correctional probation officers who retire from the department under honorable conditions from the Florida Retirement System upon reaching the appropriate retirement age of 55 or 25 years of continuous service, including retirement under medical disability, shall be authorized to retain their issued badge. (F) The badge of a correctional officer or a correctional probation officer who is killed in the line of duty shall be presented to the employee’s next of kin. (G) Upon request, correctional officers and correctional probation officers who are promoted or transferred to other positions may retain their badge if they are in good standing with the department and pay the cost of the badge.

Badges. After receipt of the badge application, the Contract Worker will proceed to the Badging Office for processing of the badge application and issuance of the badge. City will not process the badge application until the Contract Worker satisfies the required Background Screening (as defined herein). The Contract Worker must comply with all requirements and furnish all requested information as requested by the Badging Office. Any and all fees associated with security badging will be assessed in compliance with Chandler City Code §4-22.
Badges. The Department shall provide badges/xxxxxxx (excluding all accessories) to the Code Enforcement Officers of the 6120, 6122 and 6124 classifications, on a one-time basis. Badges. Show Management will issue official badges of admission and no other forms of entrance ticket will be valid, and: i. No Participant will be admitted to the Exhibition without an official badge issued to them by Show Management. ii. Badges are not transferable. iii. Show Management reserves the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any badge issued to any Participant for any justifiable reason in their opinion, for example, if complaints have been received concerning the Participant’s conduct.

(10 x 10 ft.) of Exhibit Space purchased. •Additional Exhibitor badges Additional badges beyond contract allocations may be purchased for $250 in advance and $300 onsite per badge. Badges will not be printed until payment is received. •Exhibitor Guest badges Exhibitor guest badges are available onsite only for $45 each. The primary registrant must register his/her guest in person. An Exhibitor guest badge allows admission to the Exhibit Hall and evening Conference entertainment only. It does not provide admission or entrance to scientific sessions. Individuals wearing an Exhibitor guest badge are not permitted to work in the Exhibitor’s Booth or solicit business inside the Exhibit Hall or elsewhere in the Convention Center or Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. •Exhibitors must, at all times including but not limited to Exhibit installation and dismantle, wear a WVC issued exhibitor badge to enter the Exhibit Hall. Due to security regulations, Exhibitors may be asked to present photo ID to receive badges. DVM, VT, or CVPM EXHIBITORS Veterinarians, Technicians, and CVPM Exhibitors are welcome to attend scientific sessions and obtain a CE certificate at no additional charge using their Exhibitor badge (excluding Hands-on Laboratories or any ticketed sessions). Any Exhibitor that need CE will be required to check they need a CE Badge on the Exhibitor Badge Portal. Then this person will be required to set up an account with a web user ID and Password. For other questions, please contact Xxxx Xxxxxx toll-free at 866.800.7326. Please note CE requirements vary by state and should be confirmed with applicable veterinary state board(s). Again, there is no additional charge from WVC to obtain a CE certificate.
Badges. (1) The employer agrees to continue the practice of providing one badge to each employee at no cost to the employee. (2) The employer agrees to allow each employee to purchase an additional badge from the Quartermaster Division. a. The employee will reimburse the Employer for the cost of the badge that was paid by the Employer. b. The second badge will be tracked as an item of Agency-issued equipment and will be accounted for on each monthly personnel inspection (if applicable). The employee will be responsible for any loss or damage to the second badge and any loss or damage will be reported per MSP policy. Loss or damage that is the result of the employee’s negligence may result in the forfeiture of the purchase price c. An employee who is promoted shall be permitted to exchange his / her existing badge for a badge with his or her new rank at no cost to the employee. d. Upon separation from the MSP, the employee agrees to return the badge to the Employer and the Employer agrees to refund the original cost of the badge to the employee. (3) The employer agrees to continue the practice of providing one retirement badge to each employee at no cost to the employee when that employee retires in good standing. The determination of whether an employee has retired in good standing will be made by the Superintendent and that decision will be final.
