CONDUCT OF A TEACHER. Conduct of a teacher which occurs both outside of regular school operating hours and off school premises, and which is not connected to any employment duties or related activities shall not be grounds for disciplinary action unless it directly impairs the teacher's ability to perform assigned duties.
