Common use of Conduct of Activities Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Activities. Each Party shall conduct those activities allocated to such Party under the Product Plan in compliance in all material respects with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with good scientific and clinical practices, applicable under the laws and regulations of the country in which such activities are conducted.
