Common use of Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence; Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence; Compliance with Laws. (a) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 8.3 and maintain its qualifications to do business in each jurisdiction where such qualifications are necessary for its operations and the failure to be so qualified would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect;

(a) PreserveContinue to engage solely in the business now conducted by the Company or the Guarantors and businesses related thereto and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence existence, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 8.3 Sections 8.4 and maintain its qualifications to do business in each jurisdiction where such qualifications are necessary for its operations and the failure to be so qualified would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect8.5;

(a) PreserveContinue to engage solely in the business now conducted by the Company or its Subsidiaries and businesses related or complimentary thereto and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence existence, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 8.3 Sections 8.4 and maintain its qualifications to do business in each jurisdiction where such qualifications are necessary for its operations and the failure to be so qualified would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect8.5;

(a) PreserveContinue to engage in the business as substantially now conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries and businesses reasonably related thereto and preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence existence, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 8.3 Sections 8.4 and maintain its qualifications to do business in each jurisdiction where such qualifications are necessary for its operations and the failure to be so qualified would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect8.5;

(a) Preserve, renew (i) Continue to engage solely in the business now conducted by the Company or its Subsidiaries and businesses related thereto and (ii) take all action it deems necessary in its reasonable business judgment to keep in full force and effect its existence existence, except as otherwise permitted pursuant to Section 8.3 Sections 8.4 and maintain its qualifications to do business in each jurisdiction where such qualifications are necessary for its operations and the failure to be so qualified would not be reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect8.5;
