Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its the corporate or other existence of the Borrower and each Material Subsidiary and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its businessthe business of the Borrower and each Material Subsidiary, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other legal existence (except as expressly permitted hereunder) and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations (not incurred in violation hereof) and Requirements of Law, Law except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other organizational existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, Law except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, either individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (aa)(i) Subject to Section 7.15, continue to engage in business of the same general type as now conducted by it, (iii) Preservepreserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence and (iiiii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (iiiii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, Law except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all licenses, rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted not prohibited by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (i) above (with respect to Subsidiaries) and clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
