Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence existence, and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 6.4, and except, in the case of the foregoing clause (ii) above), to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations (not incurred in violation hereof) and Requirements of LawLaw (including reporting requirements in respect of the Patriot Act), except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other organizational existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits permits and licenses necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 6.4 and except, except (other than in the case of clause (iithe preservation of existence of Parent and the Borrower) above, to the extent that failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and applicable Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could would not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (ia)(i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate corporate, limited liability company or other partnership existence and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 6.4 and except, in the case of clause (ii) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of LawLaw (including without limitation, Requirements of Law applicable to the Mortgaged Properties), except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) Continue to engage in business of the same general type as now conducted by it, (ib) Preservepreserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence and (iic) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by pursuant to Section 7.4 7.5 and except, in the case of clause (iic) above, to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations (including, without limitation, the Administrative Services Agreements) and Requirements of Law, Law except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence, etc. (a) (i) Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its corporate or other existence (except in the case of Inactive Subsidiaries) and (ii) take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges, franchises, Permits privileges and licenses franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, except, in each case, as otherwise permitted by Section 7.4 and exceptor 7.5 and, in the case of clause (ii) above, except to the extent that failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; and (b) to the extent not in conflict with this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, comply with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
