Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Existence. The Borrower will (i) continue, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to continue, to engage in businesses of the same general type as now conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and businesses related thereto or arising out of such businesses, except to the extent that the failure to maintain any existing business would not have a Material Adverse Effect and (ii) except as otherwise permitted in Section 6.08, preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect, their respective limited liability company (or other entity) existence and their respective rights, privileges and franchises necessary or material to the normal conduct of business, except, in each case, where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
