Consolidated Funded Debt to Total Capital. Permit Consolidated Funded Debt of the Borrower at any time to exceed 30% of the Total Capital of the Borrower provided that such percentage shall be increased to the Acquisition Percentage (up to a maximum of 35%) for the period of 18 months following the completion of an acquisition after which such percentage shall revert to 30%.
