Common use of Conduct of Business since the Accounts Date Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Business since the Accounts Date. 6.1 Since the Accounts Date there has not occurred any event, occurrence or condition which has had or would reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect on the EDS Business. 6.2 Since the Accounts Date the EDS Business has been carried on in the Ordinary Course. 6.3 Since the Accounts Date none of the EDS Entities has undertaken any action that, had it been taken after Signing, would have constituted a violation of Clause 7.1 (Ordinary Course of Business) of this Agreement (except for Clauses 7.1.4, 7.1.5, 7.1.6, 7.1.10, 7.1.12, 7.1.17, 7.1.18 and, to the extent relating to any such exceptions, 7.1.21) other than as would have been permitted under Clause 7.4 (Permitted Transactions) of this Agreement.
