Conduct of Court proceedings. 11.1 Nothing in this Agreement gives any party any right or power to make undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of another party without that party's written consent.
11.2 Each party agrees to give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which it is reasonably required to give (on an individual basis) to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Scheme as contemplated by this Agreement.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) BTH, SPAC and Pubco are entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Transaction.
(b) Nothing in this deed gives any party any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other party without that other party’s written consent.
(c) The parties must give all undertakings to the Court in such Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Transaction as contemplated by this deed.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) Asciano and Brookfield are entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Transaction.
(b) This deed does not give Asciano or Brookfield any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other party without that party’s written consent.
(c) Asciano and Brookfield must give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Transaction as contemplated by this deed.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) Carbon Revolution and MergeCo on the one hand and the SPAC on the other hand are entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Transaction.
(b) This deed does not give Carbon Revolution or the SPAC any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other of them without the other party’s written consent.
(c) Carbon Revolution and the SPAC must give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Transaction as contemplated by this deed.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) Vicwest and Bendigo Telco are entitled to separate representation at all proceedings of the Court affecting the Scheme.
(b) This deed does not give Vicwest or Bendigo Telco any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other party without that party’s prior written consent.
(c) Vicwest and Bendigo Telco must give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Scheme as contemplated by this deed.
Conduct of Court proceedings. Xxxxxxxxx is entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Scheme. Nothing in this Agreement shall be taken to give Sundance any right or power to make undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of Gindalbie.

Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) Cytopia and YM are entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Transaction.
(b) This agreement does not give Cytopia or YM any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other party without that party’s consent.
(c) Cytopia and YM must give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Transaction as contemplated by this agreement.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) Target and Bidder are entitled to separate representation at all proceedings of the Court and the Bermuda Court affecting the Transaction.
(b) This agreement does not give Target or Bidder any right or power to give undertakings to either the Court or the Bermuda Court for or on behalf of the other party without that party’s consent.
Conduct of Court proceedings. (a) TPG and VHA are entitled to separate representation at all Court proceedings affecting the Transaction.
(b) This deed does not give TPG or VHA any right or power to give undertakings to the Court for or on behalf of the other party without that party’s written consent.
(c) TPG and VHA must give all undertakings to the Court in all Court proceedings which are reasonably required to obtain Court approval and confirmation of the Transaction as contemplated by this deed.
