No representation or reliance. Each Party acknowledges that:
a. no Party (nor any person acting on its behalf) has made any representation or other inducement to it to enter into this Agreement, except for representations or inducements expressly set out in this Agreement; and
b. it does not enter into this Agreement in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of the other Party, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this Agreement.
No representation or reliance. (a) Each party acknowledges that no party (nor any person acting on its behalf) has made any representation or other inducement to it to enter into this deed, except for representations or inducements expressly set out in this deed.
(b) Each party acknowledges and confirms that it does not enter into this deed in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of any other party, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this deed.

(a) Each party acknowledges that no party (nor any person acting on its behalf) has made any representation or other inducement to it to enter into this deed, except for representations or inducements expressly set out in this deed and (to the maximum extent permitted by law) all other representations, warranties and conditions implied by statute or otherwise in relation to any matter relating to this deed, the circumstances surrounding the parties’ entry into it and the transactions contemplated by it are expressly excluded.
(b) Each party acknowledges and confirms that it does not enter into this deed in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of any other party, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this deed.
No representation or reliance. We each acknowledge that we:
(a) (or any person acting on our behalf) have not made any representation or other inducement to enter into this Agreement, except for representations or inducements expressly set out in this Agreement; and
(b) do not enter into this Agreement in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of each other, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this Agreement.

(b) Each party acknowledges that it has performed its own searches, enquiries, investigations and evaluations prior to entering into this deed and has formed its own views on the Transaction, with no targets, projections, forecasts or other forward looking statements having been relied on by that party.
(c) Each party acknowledges and confirms that it does not enter into this deed in reliance on any representation or other inducement by or on behalf of any other party, except for any representation or inducement expressly set out in this deed.

(c) clauses 21.18(a) and 21.18(b) above do not prejudice any rights a party may have in relation to information which had been filed by the other party with a Regulatory Authority.
