Criminal Proceedings. Any criminal complaint, indictment or criminal proceedings;
Criminal Proceedings. The institution in any court of a criminal proceeding against any Obligor, or the indictment of any Obligor for any crime.

Criminal Proceedings. To the best of the Company’s knowledge, information and belief, none of the current directors or officers of the Company (or such shareholders’ respective principals) is or has ever been subject to prior regulatory, criminal or bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. or elsewhere.
Criminal Proceedings. You must notify the University as soon as possible of any pending or actual criminal proceedings you face. Should you fail to notify the University of pending or actual criminal proceedings, the University reserves the right to terminate the Agreement.
