Conduct of Spectrum Auction. (a) The Issuer shall, and shall cause Parent, the Company and their respective Subsidiaries and Sharing Companies to participate in the Spectrum Auction, including by submitting FCC Applications and Auction Bids and entering into channel sharing arrangements with their respective Sharing Companies in connection therewith, in good faith in accordance with Section 6.19(a) of the Merger Agreement.
