Common use of Conduct Requirements Clause in Contracts

Conduct Requirements. 8.1 In addition to your other obligations under this Marketplace Agreement and any Agency Purchase Agreement, you will adhere to the: (a) Conduct Requirements; and (b) subject to clause 21.4, any other codes of conduct relevant to membership in the Marketplace (each an Additional Code of Conduct) notified to you by DIA or MBIE from time to time at least 30 days before the Additional Code of Conduct is intended to come into effect for the purposes of this Marketplace Agreement.
