Conduit occupancy. Licensee, at its expense, will remove its communications Facilities from a Conduit System within sixty (60) days after: 18.2.1 Termination of the License covering such Conduit Occupancy; or 18.2.2 The date Licensee replaces its existing Facilities in one Duct with substitute Facilities in another Duct.
