Removal of Licensees Facilities. R emoval on Expiration/Termination. At the expiration or other termination of this License Agreement or individual Permit(s), Licensee shall remove its Communications Facilities from the affected Poles at its own expense. If Licensee fails to remove such facilities within sixty (60) calendar days of expiration or termination or some greater period as allowed by the District, the District shall have the right to have such facilities removed at Licensee’s expense.

If Licensee fails to remove such facilities within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days of expiration or termination or some greater period as allowed by RMU, RMU shall have the right to have such facilities removed at Licensee's expense.
