Common use of Conference Telephone Meetings Clause in Contracts

Conference Telephone Meetings. The Managers may participate in and act at all meetings of the Managers through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other. Participation in such meetings shall constitute attendance in person at the meeting of the Person or Persons so participating.
