Confidential Business Information. The Parties’ proposals and negotiations prior to the date hereof concerning this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement, and the actual charges billed to Buyer under this Agreement, constitute the “Confidential Business Information” of both Parties. Seller and Buyer each agree to hold such Confidential Business Information wholly confidential.
