Actions Taken on Other Than Business Day. If any payment or act under the Settlement Agreement or this Agreement is required to be made or performed on a date that is not a business day, then the making of such payment or the performance of such act may be completed on the next succeeding business day, but shall be deemed to have been completed as of the required date. For the purposes of this agreement, a business day shall be any of the days Monday through Friday excluding national holidays.
