Confidential Information and Company Property. 4.1. Without the written consent of the Company, Employee shall not use, divulge, furnish, copy, disclose or make accessible (other than for the benefit of the Company and its affiliates) to any person or organization in any form or manner for use in any way any Confidential Information (as defined herein) of the Company or its affiliates.
