Common use of Confidential Information and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information and Confidentiality. 1.1 I am aware that I may have access to or be entrusted with information (regardless of the manner in which it is recorded or stored) relating to the business interests, methodology or affairs of the Group, or any person or entity with whom or which the Group deals or is otherwise connected and which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes the terms of the Employment Agreement, other than the terms of this Undertaking (“Confidential Information”).
