Common use of Confidential Information and Freedom of Information Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information and Freedom of Information. 14.1 Each party agrees that it will not use any Confidential Information of the other party or allow any Confidential Information of the other party to be used for any purpose, except for the purposes contemplated by this agreement, and agrees that it will: 14.1.1 keep confidential; and 14.1.2 not use or reproduce in any form; any Confidential Information belonging to the other party.
