Keep Confidential. (a) the existence and the provisions of this Agreement and of any agreement entered into pursuant to this Agreement;

Keep Confidential. The Service Provider shall keep confidential the Confidential Information and shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company, use, disclose, copy or modify the Confidential Information other than as necessary for the exercise of its rights, and performance of its obligations, under this Agreement.

(1) Neither party hereto shall disclose or furnish the Secret Information and/or the Secret Materials of the other party to any third party ; provided, however, that the receiving party shall be able to disclose or furnish the same to its employees or agents to the extent that it is necessary for the Secret Information or the Secret Materials to be disclosed or furnished to such employees or agents for the purpose of carrying out the R&D.
Keep Confidential. 59.1.1 The parties agree that the provisions of this Agreement and each Project Document shall, subject to Clause 59.1.2 below, not be treated as Confidential Information and may be disclosed without restriction.
