Common use of Confidential Information Noncompetition Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Noncompetition. (a) Executive understands that in the course of his employment by Company, Executive will receive confidential information concerning the business or purposes of Company, and which Company desires to protect. Executive agrees that he will not at any time during or after the Employment Period reveal to anyone outside Company or use for his own benefit any such information that has been designated as confidential by Company or reasonably should be understood by Executive to be confidential without specific written authorization by Company. Executive further agrees not to use any such confidential information or trade secrets in competing with Company at any time during or after his employment by Company.
