The Company covenants and agrees ---------------------------------- that it shall maintain the confidentiality of all nonpublic information related to Purchaser made available to it and/or any of its representatives by or on behalf of Purchaser ("Confidential Purchaser Information"). The Company further ---------------------------------- covenants and agrees that it shall not disclose any Confidential Purchaser Information to any person or entity, other than its officers, directors, employees, attorneys, accountants and other agents with a legitimate need for such information (which individuals and entities the Company shall cause to comply with this Section 7.2), except as required by law, without the prior written consent of Purchaser. The Company agrees that violation of this Section 7.2 would cause immediate and irreparable damage to the business of Purchaser, and consents to the entry of immediate and permanent injunctive relief for any violation hereof.
