Common use of CONFIDENTIAL-RESTRICTED Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIAL-RESTRICTED. The parties hereto recognize that affected employees who hold positions in the classifications enumerated in Exhibit C of this Memorandum of Understanding are recipients of confidential and sensitive information. As a result, the parties agree that no such employee shall (I) serve as a board member, officer, or xxxxxxx of the BCEA; (II) serve on a team which either consults, or meets and confers, with City management over issues related to wages or the terms and conditions of City employment; or (III) serve as designated employee representative in any grievance or disciplinary procedure.
