Confidentiality Acknowledgements. x. XXXXX employees (and any of its agents or contractors) who will have access to Wage Data (including access limited to the Employment Flag), PII from Education Records, and Personal Information from VR Records shall be advised of the confidential nature of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for noncompliance with such safeguards that are contained in Federal and state laws. Prior to being authorized to have access to individual level Wage Data, PII from Education Records, or Personal Information from VR Records, such XXXXX employees (and any agent or contractor) shall sign an Acknowledgement of Confidentiality in the form set forth at Annex 2 of this Agreement.
