Common use of Confidentiality Agreement Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality Agreement Cooperation. Executive shall, and Executive hereby acknowledges that he will, comply with his continuing obligations under the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement. Executive agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company and its Affiliates regarding the orderly transition of his former duties and responsibilities and to reflect his separation from his prior positions with the Company and its Affiliates (including, without limitation, to remove Executive from bank accounts of and as having signing authority for the Company or any of its Affiliates), and further agrees that he will comply with his continuing cooperation obligations pursuant to Section 6.10 of the Employment Agreement.
