Use of Voice, Image and Likeness. I give the Company permission to use my voice, image or likeness, with or without using my name, for the purposes of advertising and promoting the Company, or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.

Executive gives the Company permission to use any and all of his voice, image and likeness, with or without using his name, in connection with the products and/or services of the Company, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services and/or the Company, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Service Professional gives Purify Pros permission to use any and all of Service Professional's voice, image and likeness, with or without using Service Professional's name, in connection with the products and/or services of Purify Pros, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services and/or Purify Pros, for the purposes of identifying Service Professional to Service Requester, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Purify Pros in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.
Use of Voice, Image and Likeness. The Participant hereby irrevocably grants the Company permission to use the Participant’s voice, image and likeness in any photograph, video, internet site, audio-recording, and in any and all of its publications, including website entries (collectively “Promotional Materials”) without payment or any other consideration. The Participant understands and agrees that these Promotional Materials will become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Participant hereby irrevocably authorizes the Company to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, adapt, perform, reproduce, modify, make derivative works, distribute or otherwise use the Participant’s voice, image or likeness for purposes of publicizing or promoting the Company and/or the Program. In addition, the Participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein the Participant’s voice, image or likeness appears. Additionally, the Participant waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Promotional Materials. The Company may exercise any of these rights itself or through any successors, transferees, licensees, distributors, assigns or other parties, commercial or nonprofit.

During employment and for a reasonable period of time post-employment not to exceed three (3) months, you give the Company permission to use any and all of your voice, image and likeness, with or without using your name, in connection with the products and/or services of the Company, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services and/or the Company, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Publications and Public Statements. I will obtain the Company's written approval before publishing or submitting for publication any material that relates to my work at the Company (including in connection with its Affiliates) and/or incorporates any Proprietary Information. 15.

Publications and Public Statements. I will obtain the Compan s xxxxxx appro al before publishing or submitting for publication any material that relates to my work at the Company and/or incorporates any Proprietary Information. To ensure that the Company delivers a consistent message about its products, services and operations to the public, and further in recognition that even positive statements may have a detrimental effect on the Company in certain securities transactions and other contexts, any statement about the Company which I create, publish or post during my period of employment and for six (6) months thereafter, on any media accessible by the public, including but not limited to social media and networking services and sites, electronic bulletin boards and Internet-based chat rooms, must first be reviewed and approved by an officer of the Company before it is released in the public domain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prohibit me from, and I ill not require the Compan s consent for, communicating the type of information typically included on a resume, orally, in writing, or on LinkedIn, provided any such content does not include Proprietary Information. 14.
Use of Voice, Image and Likeness. Service Provider gives Deeds be Done permission to use any and all of Service Provider’s voice, image, likeness, and any ratings and reviews from Clients about Service Provider, with or without using Service Provider’s name, in connection with the products and/or services available through the Deeds be Done Platform, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services and/or Deeds be Done, for the purposes of identifying Service Provider to Client, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Deeds be Done in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law. In addition to the foregoing, Service Provider may be required to submit an image for use by the Deeds be Done Platform to facilitate identifying Service Provider with Clients. Service Provider also represents and warrants the Service Provider owns the copyright of any image or likeness that the Service Provider provides to Deeds be Done.

Signatory gives the Company permission to use any and all of the Signatory’s voice, image and likeness, with or without using his/her name, in connection with the products and/or services of the Company Group, for the purposes of advertising and promoting such products and/or services and/or the Company Group, and/or for other purposes deemed appropriate by the Company in its reasonable discretion, except to the extent expressly prohibited by law.
