Common use of CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES. The FRANCHISEE will require all of the FRANCHISEE'S employees who have access to the Manual or other confidential information execute an agreement, in the form attached as an Exhibit to the Franchise Agreement or other form satisfactory to COST CUTTERS, where the employees agree to maintain the confidentiality, during the course of their employment and thereafter, of all information designated by COST CUTTERS as confidential. Copies of all executed agreements will be submitted to COST CUTTERS upon request.
