Confidentiality and Data Security. 16.1 All data, regardless of form, including originals, images and reproductions, prepared by, obtained by, or transmitted to the Agency from the City in connection with this Agreement is confidential, proprietary information owned by the City. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, the Agency will not disclose data generated in the performance of the Services to any third person without the prior written consent of the City Manager, or his/her designee.
