However, the Client agrees that the Company reserves the right to share with and disclose to any regulatory body, any governmental authority or to any issuer of securities owned by the Client and to Riyad Bank, the information provided by the Client to the Company or obtained by the Company as a result of its relationship with the Client in an oral or written manner, and the Client explicitly agrees that his information can be divulged in the following cases:
