Confidentiality Concerns Clause Samples
A Confidentiality Concerns clause is designed to protect sensitive information shared between parties during the course of their relationship. It typically outlines what types of information are considered confidential, the obligations of each party to safeguard this information, and any exceptions where disclosure may be permitted, such as by law or with prior consent. The core function of this clause is to prevent unauthorized disclosure or misuse of proprietary or sensitive data, thereby fostering trust and reducing the risk of information leaks.
Confidentiality Concerns. 1) If a HIP consulting party expresses confidentiality concerns in regards to the HIP development, issuance or implementation, the Agency Official and FS Heritage Professional shall use best efforts to protect sensitive information from disclosure as requested by HIP consulting parties to the extent permitted by federal law, including Section 304 of NHPA (54 U.S.C. 307103); Section 9 of the Archaeological Resources Protection Act (16 U.S.C. 470hh); Section 8106 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (25 U.S.C. 3056); and Section 552(b) of the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552). These those statutes have different standards according to the type of resource at issue.
Confidentiality Concerns. Cryobio keeps all information Recipient provides to Cryobio in the course of this relationship confidential, except, any information that is shared with Recipient’s physician on record, to comply with any federal and state regulations, and to arrange open donor contact when it was agreed to.
