Program Policies. We may change the Program Policies from time to time by updating our website. Your participation in the Partner Program is subject to the Program Policies, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Program Policies. Dealer understands and agrees that, in exchange for the opportunity to obtain rebates under this Program pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Dealer is required to comply with the obligations set forth in this Exhibit B.

2. In the event of a campus or regional emergency or disaster, all VANPOOLs will need to remain at the work site until all PASSENGERs can be contacted. Any XXXXXXX may leave prior to the departure time, if all PASSENGERs have been able to arrange for other transportation. TAPS cannot provide individual rides to PASSENGERs.
3. PASSENGER gives the University of California, Santa Xxxx, the absolute right and permission to use their likeness, in any media including but not limited to, photograph(s), video(s), and/or interview(s)] in its promotional materials and publicity efforts for the VANPOOL program. PASSENGER understands that the photographs(s), video(s), and/or interview(s) may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, digital media, or other form of promotion. PASSENGER releases the UNIVERSITY, the photographer, videographer, and/or writer, their offices, employees, agents and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right PASSENGER may have in connection with such use.

Program Policies. The Program Policies with respect to any Program Type, including the Program Qualifications and Program Benefits described therein, are subject to change in Our sole discretion; provided, however, that the Program Benefits will not be materially decreased, and the Program Qualifications shall not be materially altered, for You during a term for which You have paid fees for the applicable Program Level. You are responsible for reviewing the Program Policies regularly.
Program Policies. (1) DAU supports the development and expansion of partnerships with activities through the equivalency program.
(2) Any entity legally authorized to conduct business in the United States may apply for approval as an equivalent provider.
(3) All potential equivalent providers must be approved prior to the approval of any of the Provider’s products as an equivalent.
(4) All approved providers will be categorized as one of the following: College or University – (A college / university is defined as only those regionally or nationally accredited academic institutions recognized by the US Department of Education. DoD School Other DoD/Federal Agency Civilian Organization or Professional Society Commercial Vendor
(5) Prior to review of an application to become an equivalent provider, the provider must execute an MOU that outlines the program and the responsibilities of both DAU and the equivalent provider.
(6) All DAU 100 and 200 level training courses are eligible for equivalency. This does not include those courses DAU categorizes as Continuous Learning Modules, Targeted or Rapid Deployment Training Courses. DAU 300 level and higher level courses may be considered for equivalency on a case by case basis prior to the equivalency review process commencing.
(7) DAU will make readily available to the equivalent provider course/student material for which DAU will consider approving an equivalency. This does not include: Instructor personal notes Student examination/assessments instruments Material that is proprietary to a third party and used by DAU with permission when the material can be reasonably excluded or extracted without substantively impacting the lesson flow
(8) Equivalencies may be approved when the Provider demonstrates that the Provider’s product(s) reflect the ability to convey and verify behaviors identified in the DAU course objectives, and that these behaviors are assessed at a Xxxxx’x Taxonomy hierarchy level equal to or greater than that to which DAU teaches for each individual course learning objective.
(9) DAU will issue equivalency certificates to approved providers outlining the provider’s equivalent product(s) that have been approved as equivalent to a DAU course(s). This information will also be published and maintained on the DAU website.
(10) Individuals (students) taking or participating in DAU equivalent course products will have an opportunity to provide feedback directly to DAU regarding the Provider and the individual’s participation...

Enrollment requires completion of a TAPS Vanpool Program Application, payment or authorization of payment method, and Signed PASSENGER AGREEMENT. PASSENGER agrees to pay fees in the amount of $ per MONTH or QUARTER (circle one), hereinafter defined as PASSENGER FEE.Participants must turn in any quarterly or annual parking permits when they officially enroll in the Vanpool Program.
2. Vanpool drivers volunteer to drive and receive discounted fares based upon the percentage of time spent driving. UNIVERSITY requires drivers to satisfy UNIVERSITY and State of California driving, training, licensing, and safety requirements.
3. All participants must be 18 years or older. Minors are NOT allowed on the vanpool at any time under any circumstance.
4. When a van is in need of a driver, a person qualified to be a driver who agrees to be a Primary Driver, Co-Driver, or Back-up Driver, will be given a permanent space over all others on a vanpool waiting list. To ensure efficient operation of a vanpool, if permanent space is not available, the qualified driver will be enrolled on a stand-by basis until a permanent space is available and will drive when necessary.
5. In the event of a campus or regional emergency or disaster, all vanpools will need to remain at the work site until all participants can be contacted. Any vanpool may leave prior to the departure time, if all participants have been able to arrange for other transportation. TAPS cannot provide individual rides to participants.

Program Policies. 1. Students must demonstrate acceptable college placement test scores to participate in dual enrollment.
2. Students must maintain an overall grade point average of 2.0 in all college-level coursework to remain eligible for the dual enrollment program.
3. Students will have until the conclusion of the term before the student turns 20 to participate in dual enrollment. Once the student turns 20, the student may not matriculate as a dual enrollment student unless otherwise provided by law.
4. College preparatory (remedial) instruction and physical education courses shall not be included in the dual enrollment program.
