CONFIDENTIALITY Confidentiality. 21.1 Without prejudice to clause 21.2 and subject to clauses 21.4 to 21.8, each Partner Authority shall during the currency of this Agreement and at all times following termination keep private and confidential and shall not use or disclose (whether for its own benefit or that of any third party) save as provided by this Agreement any confidential information about the business of or belonging to any other Partner Authority or any party to the Principal Contracts or other contract entered into on behalf of the Board which has come to its attention as a result of or in connection with this Agreement or the functions or operation of the Board provided always that this obligation shall not relate to any such information which:
