Common use of Confidentiality of Accounting Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Accounting. Debtor waives the right to assert a confidential relationship, if any, Debtor may have with any accounting firm and/or service bureau in connection with any information requested by Lender pursuant to or in accordance with this Security Agreement, and agrees that Lender may contact directly any such accounting firm and/or service bureau in order to obtain such information.
