Confidentiality of Agreement Terms. Either party may disclose the existence and the general subject matter, but not the financial terms of this Agreement, except that COMPANY may disclose this Agreement and the terms thereof to its potential or actual investors, collaborators and licensees, provided that provided that such parties are bound by a duty of confidentiality at least as restrictive as those provided in Sections 5.1 β 5.4.
