Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Reconex Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex CBB for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex CBB Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex PNG for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex PNG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Covista for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Covista Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex VarTec for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex VarTec Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex Budget Phone Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Budget Phone Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Budget Phone Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Budget Phone may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Budget Phone for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Budget Phone Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex GNAPs Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex GNAPs Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex GNAPs Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex GNAPs may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex GNAPs for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex GNAPs Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Easton for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Easton Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex ECI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex ECI Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex Northstar Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Northstar Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Northstar Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Northstar may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Northstar for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Northstar Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex IG2 for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex IG2 Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Connectel for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Connectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Premiere for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Premiere Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Access Point for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Access Point Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex MHT for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex MHT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Wide Voice for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Wide Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex NUI for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex NUI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Navtel for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Navtel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex PCS for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex PCS Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex Intrado Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Intrado Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Intrado Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Intrado may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Intrado for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Intrado Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex PW for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex PW Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex ATI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex ATI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex TNCI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex TNCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex Globetel Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Globetel Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Globetel Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Globetel may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Globetel for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Globetel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex KDL Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex KDL Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex KDL Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex KDL may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex KDL for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex KDL Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex CTT for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex CTT Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Reconex Cost Plus Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Cost Plus Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Cost Plus Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Cost Plus may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex One Voice for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex One Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex PEG for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex PEG Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex Norcom Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Norcom Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Norcom Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Norcom may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Norcom for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Norcom Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Reconex BitWise Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex BitWise Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex BitWise Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex BitWise may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex BitWise for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex BitWise Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Reconex Velocity Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex Velocity Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex Velocity Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex Velocity may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Velocity for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Velocity Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Prepaid for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Prepaid Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex OneStar for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex OneStar Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Winco for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Winco Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex DTI for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex DTI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Tech Com for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Tech Com Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Selectel for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Selectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Reconex CBAD Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Reconex CBAD Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reconex CBAD Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Reconex CBAD may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex CBAD for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex CBAD Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex DSCI for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex DSCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex A-Tech for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex A-Tech Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Cinergy for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex Cinergy Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex First Comm for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex First Comm Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex SBCT for Verizon’s use or licensing of Reconex SBCT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex TQCI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex TQCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Reconex Smartrak for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of Reconex Smartrak Listing Information.
