Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Ymax Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax CBB for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax CBB Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Budget Phone for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Budget Phone Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax CSTC for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax CSTC Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax CTT for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax CTT Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Wide Voice for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Wide Voice Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax NUI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax NUI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax MMG for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax MMG Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax ATI for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax ATI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Cost Plus for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Cost Plus Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Globetel for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Globetel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Connectel for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Connectel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Intrado for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Intrado Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Access Point for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Access Point Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax IG2 for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax IG2 Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax MHT for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax MHT Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Ymax Bandwidth Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax Bandwidth Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax Bandwidth Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax Bandwidth may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Bandwidth for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Bandwidth Listing Information.

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Ymax DSCI Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax DSCI Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax DSCI Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax DSCI may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax DSCI for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax DSCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Ciera for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Ciera Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax PEG for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax PEG Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Ymax Winco Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax Winco Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax Winco Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax Winco may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Winco for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Winco Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Quality Tel for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Quality Tel Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax SBCT for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax SBCT Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Ymax STG Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax STG Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax STG Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax STG may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Smartrak for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Smartrak Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Nettalk for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax Nettalk Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Velocity for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Velocity Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax PCS for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax PCS Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax CCA for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax CCA Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord Ymax Direct2Internet Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Ymax Direct2Internet Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Ymax Direct2Internet Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that Ymax Direct2Internet may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax Direct2Internet for Verizon's ’s use or licensing of Ymax Direct2Internet Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate Ymax One Voice for Verizon's use or licensing of Ymax One Voice Listing Information.
