Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord VarTec Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Rhythms for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Rhythms Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Ygnition for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Ygnition Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec FTCS for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec FTCS Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec ReFlex for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec ReFlex Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec dishNet for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec dishNet Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Xxxxxxx for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Xxxxxxx Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec A-Tech for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec A-Tech Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec DSLnet Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec DSLnet Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec DSLnet Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec DSLnet may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec DSLnet for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec DSLnet Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Synopsis Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Synopsis Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Synopsis Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Synopsis may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Synopsis for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Synopsis Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Threshold Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Threshold Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Threshold Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Threshold may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Threshold for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Threshold Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec GNAPS Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec GNAPS Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec GNAPS Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec GNAPS may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec GNAPS for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec GNAPS Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec TQCI Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec TQCI Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec TQCI Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec TQCI may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec TQCI for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec TQCI Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec First Comm Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec First Comm Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec First Comm Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec First Comm may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec First Comm for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec First Comm Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Xxxx Tell Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Xxxx Tell Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Xxxx Tell Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Xxxx Tell may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Xxxx Tell for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Xxxx Tell Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Equal Access for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Equal Access Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Teleconex Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Teleconex Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Teleconex Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Teleconex may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Teleconex for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Teleconex Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Syniverse Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Syniverse Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Syniverse Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Syniverse may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Syniverse for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Syniverse Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Synergem for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec Synergem Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec Xxxxx Journal Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec Xxxxx Journal Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec Xxxxx Journal Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec Xxxxx Journal may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec Xxxxx Journal for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec Xxxxx Journal Listing Information.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec PacOptic for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec PacOptic Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec BitWise Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec BitWise Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec BitWise Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec BitWise may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec BitWise for Verizon’s use or licensing of VarTec BitWise Listing Information.

Verizon shall accord VarTec TWCIS Listing Information the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license VarTec TWCIS Listing Information for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as VarTec TWCIS Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that VarTec TWCIS may identify those of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes, purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does so for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate VarTec TWCIS for Verizon’s 's use or licensing of VarTec TWCIS Listing Information.
