Common use of Confidentiality of Listing Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Listing Information. Verizon shall accord Listing Information provided by iNetworks the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Listing Information provided by iNetworks for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reseller Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that iNetworks may identify those Reseller Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller for Verizon's use or licensing of Listing Information provided by iNetworks.

Verizon shall accord BullsEye Listing Information provided by iNetworks the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license BullsEye Listing Information provided by iNetworks for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reseller BullsEye Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that iNetworks BullsEye may identify those Reseller of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller BullsEye for Verizon's use or licensing of BullsEye Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.

Verizon shall accord Intrado Comm Listing Information provided by iNetworks the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Intrado Comm Listing Information provided by iNetworks for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reseller Intrado Comm Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that iNetworks Intrado Comm may identify those Reseller of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller Intrado Comm for Verizon's use or licensing of Intrado Comm Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller InterGlobe for Verizon's use or licensing of InterGlobe Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.

Verizon shall accord Neutral Tandem Listing Information provided by iNetworks the same level of confidentiality that Verizon accords its own listing information, and shall use such Listing Information solely for the purpose of providing directory-related services; provided, however, that should Verizon elect to do so, it may use or license Neutral Tandem Listing Information provided by iNetworks for directory publishing, direct marketing, or any other purpose for which Verizon uses or licenses its own listing information, so long as Reseller Neutral Tandem Customers are not separately identified as such; and provided further that iNetworks Neutral Tandem may identify those Reseller of its Customers who request that their names not be sold for direct marketing purposes and Verizon shall honor such requests to the same extent that it does for its own Customers. Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller Neutral Tandem for Verizon's use or licensing of Neutral Tandem Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller InteleTel for Verizon's use or licensing of InteleTel Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.

Verizon shall not be obligated to compensate iNetworks or a Reseller Voxbeam for Verizon's use or licensing of Voxbeam Listing Information provided by iNetworksInformation.
