Common use of Confidentiality of Proceeding Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Proceeding. Except as required by law, no party or the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content or results of the arbitration. The dispute resolution set forth in this Section will supersede any other dispute resolution provisions in this Agreement with respect to Royalty Disputes described in Section C-1, except that before initiating dispute resolution under this Section C, the parties will first comply with Formal Escalation (as defined in Exhibit B of the Commercial Agreement).
