Common use of Confidentiality of Protected Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Protected Information. Vendor agrees that the confidentiality of Protected Information that it receives, processes, or stores will be handled in accordance with all state and federal laws that protect the confidentiality of Protected Information, and in accordance with the DISTRICT Data Security and Privacy Policy and Parent’s Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security, which are included in this document.
